LAZ Parking is offering a discounted valet parking rate for all NJIT employees and students at their 105 Greene Street garage in Jersey City!

This garage is conveniently located in Jersey City’s Waterfront District and mere minutes away from Historic Downtown Jersey City:

  • ½ block away from NJIT’s Jersey City location at 101 Hudson Street
  • 1 block away from Exchange Place PATH station
  • 1 block away from Hudson Bergen Light Rail’s Exchange Place station
  • 3 blocks away from the Paulus Hook Ferry Terminal to NYC (Wall Street/Battery Park/Midtown Manhattan)
  • Adjacent to the Historic Downtown Jersey City neighborhood

Please be advised of an important change regarding our parking garage payment system.

Effective December 1st, the parking garage will no longer accept cash, credit cards, or check payments at the on-site kiosks or any physical location.

To streamline operations and enhance security, all parking payments must now be processed electronically via our secure online portal.

How to Set Up Your Electronic Payment

To ensure uninterrupted access and avoid any late fees, please follow the attached steps immediately to register your payment card online.

  • Step 1: Go to the official payment portal at: LAZ Parking
  • Step 2: Log in using your existing Parker credentials (or register if you are a first-time user).
  • Step 3: Navigate to the "Payment Methods" section.
  • Step 4: Select "Add Payment Methods" and enter your credit or debit card details.
  • Step 5: [Crucial Step, e.g., Set as Default/Enable Autopay] Save the card and ensure it is set as your default payment method for future transactions.
