2. What kind of material is covered in class, and how are classes structured?
NJIT’s Digital Commons is a great resource where you can access syllabi for many of the university’s courses. Available syllabi are listed by course number and instructor name for your convenience! If you have questions about a class that does not have a syllabus posted on NJIT’s Digital Commons, please contact your academic advisor.
3. A course I want to take is not being offered at Jersey City this semester. What should I do?
Course offerings at NJIT’s Jersey City location are all delivered face-to-face and vary by semester, often noted by the section numbers 1J1, 1J2, or J31 on the Course Schedule.
Courses not available at Jersey City in a given semester may be offered at Newark or online. Jersey City Cohort students are eligible to enroll in face-to-face courses at the Newark campus and/or “Online Newark” courses.
If you have additional questions after checking the course schedule, please contact your academic advisor.
4. I won’t be registering for classes next semester. What do I need to do?
